Award winning builders James Carter Homes in association with Fylde Joinery & Building Services Ltd. has expanded its team with the appointment of Tom Workman as Operations Manager.

His role will see him focus on maintaining the Poulton-le-Fylde based company's contracting success along the Fylde Coast area and across the company's new homes division as they look to expand the groups business over the next few years and attract the right people to work for them.
Tom said: “I am delighted to join the company at a very exciting time of growth and I will be working closely with Managing Director, Sean O'Toole to help grow the construction side and assist with our ever expanding development portfolio.”
Tom has considerable experience in the Construction Industry and for the past 7 years spent time working as Programme Leader for Higher Education in Construction at Blackpool & The Fylde College.
As principle lecturer for professional studies programmes under his supervision he helped over 700 students to take up a challenging career within the Construction Industry.
Tom added: “Whilst the College poisition gave me immense satisfaction I am very much looking forward to putting my knowledge to good use at James Carter Homes and Fylde Joinery Building Services.” Sean added: “Tom's appointment comes at an important time for James Carter Homes and Fylde Joinery as the Group is embarking on building work along the Fylde coast. Tom will play an invaluable role, bringing with him a strong track record of success.”
