BRECK POINT in BLACKPOOL GAZETTE

A Fylde coast design agency has seen its first foray into property marketing thanks to the launch of a new homes development in its home town.

StudioLWD provided support to developer James Carter Homes for its new scheme Breck Point, a development of five townhouses in Poulton-le-Fylde.

Appointed to design the brand and marketing collateral for the new properties, StudioLWD also created the development website.

On the market with Royle estate agents since it was released for sale in October, Breck Point has already secured one sale and a second reservation.

Laura Weldon, managing director of Studio LWD, said: “This is an exciting new development right in the heart of a popular market town, where buyers are looking for quality and sense of something special.

“With a developer like James Carter Homes, we felt a ‘seal of approval’ style brand identity would be appropriate, reflecting their team’s expertise and commitment to quality.

“We worked closely with the client and their architects Carter Zub to develop a website and visual marketing materials that would help bring the properties to life for potential buyers, giving them a real feel for what they’ll be getting with these contemporary, luxurious new homes.”

Breck Point stands at the top of Breck Road next to the town’s railway station - which offers regular commuter trains to Manchester and a daily service to London - and just strides away from the town’s main thoroughfare which is packed with cool bars and stylish eateries.

StudioLWD, which is also based in Poulton-le-Fylde, won the project following a chance meeting at a networking event, and a pitch to the developer.

Laura added: “Our client base includes some of the world’s biggest brands such as Tesco, Virgin and the NHS, so we know how to engage with customers cross a range of consumer industries on a national and global scale. But it is also exciting to explore a new sector and we particularly enjoyed working with James Carter Homes on this project.

“It has also opened several new doors for us both in terms of appealing to property clients and working with local businesses in our hometown, which is great news for the growth of the agency.”

Sean O’Toole from James Carter Homes said: “We loved StudioLWD’s ideas from the start and felt their brand design really encapsulated everything we’ve tried to achieve with Breck Point. The brand identity they created is smart, simple and savvy, aligning neatly with the contemporary exterior and sleek interior design of the properties themselves.

“Interest in Breck Point has been extremely strong since the launch, with many potential buyers appreciating both the quality of the build and the chance to own a three-storey house right in the heart of this bustling and vibrant town centre.

"The government’s Stamp Duty holiday is also having an effect, with purchasers set to benefit from a saving of around £8,000, which is very welcome for anyone in the current climate.”StudioLWD, which is also based in Poulton-le-Fylde, won the project following a chance meeting at a networking event, and a pitch to the developer.
