However, on 31st March, 2021, The Gazette published on Page 13 a wonderful 'LOOKING BACK' photograph of the
ROYAL OAK HOTEL in the early 1900s which you may wish to use in conjunction with our Press Release to

via The Gazette's 'Purchase a photo' scheme despite their best efforts. Could you obtain one for us?
For some time time now The Gazette have been reporting on the site of the former Royal Oak Public House
on the corner of Station Road and Breck Road in Poulton-le-Fylde which sits opposite Wyre Council Civic Centre Offices.
Locally based Fylde Joinery & Building Services Ltd. have been awarded the contract to construct 16 one and two bedroom
luxury apartments on the former Royal Oak site and have commenced construction work. Managing Director, Sean O'Toole said:
" Ground levels are now being set out for the foundations and its anticipated the first occupier's will be in occupancy in the Autumn of 2022."
Their sister Company James Carter Homes have just completed the construction of
5 townhouses on Breck Road by Poulton-le-Fylde Railway Station where just the Show Home is now for sale
and gives you some of the idea of the quality construction that will be seen at the Royal Oak apartments.

the project and have a reputation for high-spec modern designs with the internal layouts been influenced
