Romleigh House, Kendal

The contract commenced in August 2023 and involved demolition of the former War Memorial Trust bungalow to create two new eco-friendly, energy-efficient bungalows.

The construction proved a very tricky build, with restricted access and two 100-year-old trees that had to be protected throughout the construction phase.

The design of the new buildings was timber frame with external timber cladding and rendered elevations.
